Patient Education and Support

Our health care professionals collaborate to provide patient education and support.  Members of the multidisciplinary team conduct classes aimed at educating patients and family members on the artificial heart support and heart transplant experience. Patients and family can also join a support group, where they can exchange ideas and concerns in a more informal setting.
